About me

Everyone copes with difficult feelings and life situations in their own way. But there are times when we feel stuck or overwhelmed, and strategies that once helped no longer seem effective. This might follow the loss of a relationship, a life transition, or even being deeply affected by something that seems small or insignificant.

Therapy can help you explore complex feelings, relationships, and challenges. My approach values curiosity, deep reflection, and understanding how unconscious patterns shape our lives. Together, we will examine these dynamics, helping you find the words for what may be troubling you and empowering you to gain clarity in your personal and professional life.

As a bilingual Arabic-speaking therapist, we can have our sessions in Arabic, English, or a combination of both. I speak Levantine dialect and have a good understanding of Egyptian, Iraqi and Gulf dialects.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling and I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to its ethical guideline and professional standards. I’m also a member of the Black African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN).

If you’d like to discuss how we might work together, arrange a brief call, or book an initial consultation, please feel free to get in touch.
