Noor Mardam Bey
About me
Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Noor and I am a professionally qualified and experienced psychotherapist offering online and in-person sessions for 18+ individuals.
I have over eight years’ experience working with clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds across London. I support people navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, high sensitivity, neurodivergence, bereavement, relationship difficulties, domestic violence, phobias, cultural and identity concerns, life transitions, and search for meaning.
If emotions are affecting your sense of self, your relationships, or your ability to move forward, therapy can help. I provide an accepting and confidential space where you can speak freely about what matters to you. Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings, fears, and desires at a pace that feels right.
Counselling can help you:
Work through challenges and difficult experiences
Understand your thoughts and feelings
Develop self-awareness and recognize unhelpful patterns
Set healthy boundaries and communicate your needs
Navigate life transitions and process loss
Draw on your own strengths and resources
Reflect on how your family, community, and wider society shape your experiences.
Therapy offers a chance to pause, reflect, and gradually make sense of your experiences. I take a person-centred, collaborative approach. My intention is to offer a space that is open, curious, and authentic where you can explore your experiences without agenda or expectations. I also pay attention to what happens between us in the therapy space, which can offer insight into how you relate to yourself and others.
Starting therapy takes courage. I will do my best to help you feel settled, build trust, and work at a pace that feels right for you. I offer an accepting, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed practice. I am a UKCP accredited practitioner and a member of the BACP. To book, please contact me via email, and I will reply within 24 hours.
