About me

Life doesn’t pause for healing, but what if your healing could reshape the way you move through life?

I work with people who carry the invisible weight of experiences that have left them feeling misunderstood, exhausted, or simply “not themselves.” Whether it’s the aftermath of trauma, deep-rooted self-doubt, or an ongoing struggle with relationships or identity, I offer a space where those tangled parts of you can be seen without judgment.

Clients often seek therapy after trying to hold everything together for too long. Many are high-functioning and outwardly successful, yet privately overwhelmed by anxiety, shame, or unresolved wounds. If this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone, and you don’t have to untangle it alone either.

I hold a master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Wolverhampton University and am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

As a psychotherapist trained in integrative therapy, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Our work together will be shaped by who you are and what you want to achieve, not just your symptoms. I draw from Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and different Cognitive approaches, weaving them into a process that feels organic and respectful of your pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind the patterns holding you back and open space for something new to thrive.

I have a special interest in self-image, relationships and couples therapy, supporting individuals and couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns, emotional distance, communication breakdowns, or the impact of past experiences on intimacy and trust. Whether you are navigating challenges together as a couple or exploring relational patterns individually, our work can help bring greater clarity, connection, and emotional safety.

In addition to ongoing therapy, I also offer one-off sessions, which can be booked directly via my website. These sessions are suited for those who may not be able to commit to weekly therapy, wish to explore therapy for the first time, or are seeking focused, short-term emotional support during a specific life challenge. One-off sessions provide reflective, contained support; however, they are not a crisis or emergency service.

I invite you to explore my website, where you’ll find more insights into my work and how I can support you. On the “Booking” page, you can book your free 30-minute Zoom consultation at a time and date that suits you.

Looking forward to starting the healing journey with you.
