About me

If you’re feeling anxious, struggling with self-esteem, or finding it hard to navigate between different cultures, you don’t have to go through it alone. As a counsellor and hypnotherapist, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of calm in your life. Many of my clients have discovered new strengths and creativity that helped them make real, positive changes—and I believe you can too. I offer sessions in both English and Arabic to make the process as comfortable and accessible as possible.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, overthinking, cultural identity and cross-cultural issues, as well as challenges related to menopause. My approach is pluralistic, which means I’ll work with you to find the style of therapy that best suits your needs and goals.

In our sessions, we’ll gently explore your feelings, fears, and worries together. I’ll help you recognise unhelpful patterns, let go of self-limiting beliefs, and nurture more self-compassion. Every step of the way, the sessions will be shaped around you—at your pace, in a way that feels safe and supportive.
