About me

I am an integrative therapist ( Qualified and registered), which means I’ve trained in a wide range of areas and draw and incorporate understanding from different modalities and interdisciplinary insights. I believe that no one size fits all, and we are all our own selves. I will not try to fit you into a particular therapeutic model. I will strive to tailor my practice to your needs and thus better support you. This is done collaboratively. I work short/long term with adults 18+. I have experience in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I have experience working with adults with a wide range of difficulties in the NHS ( Assessing for common mental health problems and delivering Low Intensity CBT) . I have also worked in the community supporting parents and young people affected by domestic violence. I have also led, tailored, and delivered psychological programmes in schools, addressing healthy relationships and mental health difficulties, as well as supporting young adults on a one-to-one basis.

I am do work countrywide remotely offering a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space. I offer telephone and online video sessions ( using Microsoft Teams or Zoom ). I offer an initial 15-minute call so we can decide if we can work together. The effectiveness of the therapeutic alliance is being able to feel comfortable working with your therapist.
