About me
If you’re feeling anxious, wrestling with self-doubt, or trying to make sense of who you are between different cultures, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. As a creative counsellor and hypnotherapist, I offer a space where clarity can emerge, confidence can grow, and a sense of calm can slowly take root. Many of the people I work with discover strengths they didn’t know they had—quiet resources that help them reshape their lives in meaningful, hopeful ways. I offer sessions in both English and Arabic so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural and comforting.
Having lived in various parts of the world such as Hungary, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, France, Italy and UK, I’ve moved through different cultural landscapes, ways of thinking, and rhythms of life. These experiences help me connect deeply with people whose stories stretch across borders. I understand what it means to belong to many places—and sometimes to feel caught between them. In our work together, I can help you explore, reclaim, or even reinvent your identity within a multicultural world, finding the version of yourself that feels true and grounded.
I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, overthinking, cultural identity or cross-cultural challenges, and the emotional shifts that can come with menopause. My approach is pluralistic, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method—we’ll shape the therapy around you, choosing the tools and styles that best reflect your needs and goals.
In our sessions, we’ll gently explore your inner landscape: the feelings you carry, the fears that show up uninvited, and the beliefs that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll notice old patterns, loosen their grip, and make room for more compassion, creativity, and possibility. Every step is taken at your pace, in a space designed to be safe, supportive, and deeply attuned to you.
