About me

I am an accredited UKCP psychotherapist, and EFT couple counsellor. I have been in practice for over 25 years and offer one to one short, or long-term work, I have worked in various settings, including the NHS,

I work according to the needs, of the individual, rather than imposing a specific approach. 
In my couple work I use an attachment based approach, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy.
