About me

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of what they’re experiencing. You might find yourself overthinking, struggling with anxiety or low mood, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can begin to explore these experiences at your own pace, without pressure or judgement. I am a qualified therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work in an integrative way, drawing from person-centred, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches, which allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

I support clients with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and the impact of past experiences such as childhood trauma. I also have an interest in working with neurodivergent clients, and I aim to adapt sessions to suit different ways of thinking, processing, and communicating. As someone who is bilingual and working within the Arab community, I understand that cultural identity, family expectations, and stigma around mental health can make it difficult to reach out for support. What makes my approach unique is the balance of warmth, cultural sensitivity, and thoughtful challenge, working collaboratively with you to help you gain deeper self-understanding and create meaningful, lasting change.
